• Nittorire Pickling Seasoning, 18g - instant Japanese-style pickling of vegetables.

      Cooking method:

      1. Wash 200-250 g of your favorite vegetables and cut them into small pieces. (Approximately for one sachet: 2 cucumbers, daikon or radish, 2 eggplants, 2–3 large cabbage leaves, 1 pepper.)
      2. Put the chopped vegetables into a plastic bag and add the contents of one sachet.
      3. Release the air and close the bag tightly.
      4. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Vegetables are ready.
