Preparation Method: Take the required amount of dried mozuku seaweed and soak it in water for 2-4 minutes. In water, mozuku algae increases in size by 20 times. After that, drain the water and add to the seaweed: a couple of drops of vinegar or lemon, fresh grated ginger or fresh finely chopped cucumber. Combining with these foods is the traditional way to serve mozuku. In soups, seaweed is added dry before serving. Seaweed can also be added to salads, consumed with rice.
Another dry seaweed recipe is a light soup. To do this, pour the seaweed with boiling water (a small amount, the water should cover the seaweed) and add a little salt, ginger, a spoonful of soy sauce and a couple of drops of sesame oil to taste. The soup is ready.
